Oracle ODAC Deployment - Help!

Hi,
We have some in house software that requires oracle ODAC 12.1 to be installed on our host machines, and I am beating my head off the wall trying to set up a silent unattended install using PDQ Deploy. I haven't even got as far as trying to do the actual deployment, I am still trying to get it to run with a response file on a test machine, doing everything on the local command line. I ran the GUI installer, left everything at default, other than unchecking the development tools for visual studio and the MS transaction server as they are not required. If I let it install this way, everything works as intended. However, when I save the response file of me doing this and run the installer with the -responseFile response.rsp -silent switches, it claims to have installed successfully, but the application that requires it throws oracle errors.
I have very little experience working with oracle products, and a lot of the terminology seems totally alien, and I figure there must be people on here who have done ~what I am trying to do, so I thought I would ask for help. I'm sure its something daft I have missed. Below is my response file as stands, though I have tweaked bits and pieces trying different things. I will be forever indebted to anyone who can help me out!

Oracle RAC/Clusterware Network Interface Changes

Looking for some Oracle RAC help from you Oracle gurus.
Note: I AM NOT A DBA. I am a Linux Sysadmin but my Senior Oracle DBA needs help. I know almost nothing about Oracle.
Problem: We changed some physical network configurations resulting in Clusterware no longer starting on boot.
Background:
Oracle ver 11.2.0.3
Before the hardware changes, we had bond0 as the public interface, and eth1 as the private interconnect.
After the hardware changes, eth1 became part of bond0, and eth2 (newly installed 10Gb adapter) becomes the private interconnect.
This causes Clusterware to not start probably because of the network changes. I read documentation that says I need to use oifcfg to change the settings. However, to use oifcfg I need to have Clusterware already running! This is my catch 22. I read elsewhere that I can change the network settings through the oracle registry (ocrconfig?). But I'm not sure how to go about this. Any help would be appreciated...
